The Friends of the Brown County Library Used Book Sale is one of the largest in the country, run on 100% volunteer power. Through their semi-annual sales the Library recycles over 40 TONS of media each year and raises over $75,000 for the library system.
The next sale is May 3-7 at the Central Library, but they accept donations all year round...even during the sale!
If you have books or other media you'd like to put to good use, they can be dropped off at the Central Library or any of the Brown County Library branches. A receipt can be provided for tax purposes.
