Go and sign up for Target Mobile Text alerts/coupons and when they have new coupons available they send you a text alert with a link to view the available coupons. You do need mobile web on your phone to view the coupons.
To use the coupons, you buy the specified product at Target and then show your phone to the cashier and they will then scan your phone and the coupon(s) will come off of your total! How cool is that??
